Terms and conditions

Upon submitting their abstract, authors have confirmed that they have read and agreed to the conditions of the Congress:

• I confirm that I am the lead author of the submitted abstract.
• My summary and my complete article, if accepted, will appear in the Pre-Proceedings and the Final Proceedings of the Congress.
• If my full article is accepted, I will endeavour to participate in the Congress so that I can present it.
• If my full article is accepted, I authorize Congress organizers to include my portrait in the Pre- and Final Proceedings and to record and broadcast the presentation that I will make at the Congress.
• I authorize the Congress organizers to contact me for the purposes of organizing the Congress.
• At the end of the Congress, my identity and contact details will be removed from the organizers' databases, in accordance with EU's GPDR regulations.
• Before the Congress, I can ask to withdraw my abstract and be removed from the organizers' databases by email at paperschambery2026@piarc.org
